MANUAL TECHNIQUES
Encompassing different massage techniques. These aim to relax your animal into their treatment session, stimulating circulation and improving muscle tone.
REMEDIAL EXERCISES
Incorporating stretches, pole-work, balance work and range of motion (ROM) exercises.

EXERCISE EQUIPMENT
Physiotherapy balls and wobble boards can assist in core stability, proprioception and muscle building exercises.
I use two different electrotherapies which are pieces of equipment that can be included as part of a treatment session.
ELECTROTHERAPIES
PULSED MAGNETIC THERAPY
(PEME)
Makes use of a pulsing magnetic field to stimulate tissues for therapeutic effect. Research has found clinical applications in bone healing and the management of pain.
H-WAVE
Stimulates tissues by means of a low frequency current to increase circulation, provide muscle stimulation and pain relief.
LED Light Therapy
Emits red and infrared light to relieve pain, reduce swelling and help cells repair and heal. Can be used post-operatively, to treat skin conditions and help with musculoskeletal condiitons and injuries.
